Broker-branded invites for wholesale mortgage

Wholesale lenders can now send broker-branded borrower invites through Argyle’s Verifications API and Encompass® TPO Connect.

• Broker-branded communication: Email and SMS invites identify the broker, with contact details available in the email and landing page.
• API support: Add broker details once per borrower using external_metadata.broker. The default wholesale flow provides broker-specific messaging without creating a separate flow for every broker.
• TPO Connect ordering: Brokers can order payroll, asset, and document-based income verifications using the lender’s Argyle setup. Encompass Automated Service Ordering (ASO) also supports initial orders on broker-originated loans.
