New connection notifications

Monitor new connections after verifications

• A new verifications.connection_added webhook is now available for clients and partners. It is sent when a user adds a new payroll account or connects a new banking institution after a verification reaches COMPLETED or CANCELLED.
• For verifications initiated through Encompass or Consumer Connect, an email notification is also sent when a new connection is added.
• In Encompass, a one-click option to refresh the verification with the newly connected data is shown.

Track additional account data availability

• The optional data.resource.availability object in account webhook payloads now includes shifts and user_uploads for accounts.added, accounts.updated, accounts.connected, and accounts.failed.
