Integration enhancements

On May 18, Argyle will begin sending dedicated re-verification emails for Encompass® workflows, helping borrowers understand when they are being asked to refresh existing income, employment, or asset information instead of starting a new verification.
The updated borrower experience includes:
✔️ Re-verification email copy: Borrowers are clearly asked to reverify their information so their application can move forward. Subject line, header, and subheader copy can be customized separately from initial verification emails.
✔️ Updated action tiles and landing page guidance: Borrowers can see what they need to reconnect, including income & employment and assets.
✔️ Upgraded template support: Existing Encompass flows will receive a default re-verification template automatically.
The new messaging can be adjusted today in Console’s Flow Editor and will be enabled by default for Encompass clients on May 18.
