We updated our Open Payroll Customer Terms and DPA to cover Argyle’s new Doc VOI offering. We made further updates to the Open Payroll Customer Terms and Open Banking Customer Terms to clarify the effect of purchases through Reseller, including revisions to the definition of “Service Order” and the relationship between Service Orders and orders placed for the Open Payroll Platform and Open Banking Platform via Resellers. Finally, we added provisions to the Open Payroll Customer Terms clarifying the nature of the Open Payroll Platform and Open Banking Platform and related services when ordered by state or federal instrumentalities.
