API enhancements

Rewards program information for gig employments has been added.

A new rewards array of objects is now returned by the ratings endpoint. This array provides rewards program information for gig employments, including:

program_name — Name of the rewards program
tier — Current rewards program tier or status
valid_through — Date until the current tier or status is valid
points — Points earned in the current rewards period
