Three new account connection errors have been added:

  • account_nonunique — This error occurs after a user selects “Login help” and enters personal details that match multiple account records stored by the payroll system’s account recovery service.
  • mfa_cancelled_by_the_user — This error occurs when a user exits Link’s multi-factor authentication (MFA) screen during an account connection attempt before completing the MFA process.
  • platform_temporarily_unavailable — This error occurs when an account is connected to a payroll system that is experiencing temporary connection issues.
