Link 5.7

Link 5.7 is now available, and includes the following updates:

Document upload improvements

Link now supports three additional document upload categories:

• Proof of Identity
• Proof of Address
• Miscellaneous (re-nameable)

Link now supports multiple document upload submissions.

• Returning users can upload additional verification documents even if they previously uploaded documents.

Document upload can be shown on the connection success screen.

Document upload can be shown on the payroll provider selection screen.

Document upload can be shown when users select an unsupported employer.

Users entering Link through an embedded instance or shareable URL that upload documents are asked for their full name, making these users more easily identifiable when viewing your Connections.

• Uploaded documents can now be previewed.
• Uploaded documents can be individually deleted.
• All uploaded documents will now be contained within one dedicated “Uploaded documents” account per user, rather than associated with specific payroll account connections.

Other improvements

• If returning to Link’s full search experience is optionally enabled for direct logins, the search experience can now be customized.
• The “Find more employers” button can now be customized.
• The accountId property returned by the onDocumentsSubmitted callback has been deprecated.
• (Web only) Link will no longer close when users click outside its viewport.
• Connection success screen subtitles can now be customized.

Deposit switch percentages now adjust automatically.

Web instances of Link 5 will automatically be upgraded to Link 5.7 and receive these latest features. Visit the following pages in our documentation to upgrade your respective Link SDK:

New optional document upload features can be configured within “Document upload settings” when creating or editing Flows in Console.
