Automated reminders

Today we’re introducing a new Console setting — Automated reminders.

  • Automated reminders are sent when an invite remains unopened after a configured number of days.
  • Automated reminders are sent via the original invite method (email, SMS, or both).
  • Automated reminders will be applied to all new invites sent after the setting is enabled in Console. In most cases, this setting has already been enabled by default.
