API enhancements

New fields added to pay allocations endpoint.

The following fields have been added to the pay allocations endpoint:

  1. destination_type — possible values are bank_account, card, or acss_debit
  2. acss_debit — destination type representing Canadian bank accounts

Additionally, the card object is now only returned when destination_type is card.
