API breaking changes

Known Link Item limitations have been added, and duplicate activity data prevention has been improved.

The accounts.pay_distribution_failed webhook will now be sent when the user times out of the credentials submission screen in Link.
Sandbox credentials will now use argyle.com instead of argyle.io.
We have introduced new logic to prevent duplicate activities data. In addition, we will be adding a new activities.removed webhook on December 16, 2021.
A new known_limitations field has been added to the link-items endpoint, for greater transparency around different payroll system limitations.
The id of pay allocations will now be returned by the pay_allocations.updated webhook.
