Link updates

Percentage allocations are now available for deposit switches.

Additionally for deposit switches:

• The allow_add_allocation value is now false by default. Setting this parameter to true will display the Add bank account button.
• Titles and subtitles can now be customized through the payDistributionReviewScreenTitle and payDistributionReviewScreenSubtitle parameters.

Lastly, the showCantFindLinkItemAtTop parameter can be used to determine whether the Can’t find your employer? button is shown in Link.
