API enhancements

New deposit switch object added to accounts endpoint and Link Item filter added.

A pay_distribution object was added to the availability object of the accounts endpoint. This object shows the status of a deposit switch, or any associated error and error message.

Link Items can also now be filtered by their max allocations.
